We have a 24 hours return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, you must have received a damaged product or the wrong item. It must also be in its original packaging, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll arrange for one of our drivers to come to your address to deliver the replacement item and collect the original one. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
